Each eligible design has 100 economic shares. TeeMates permanently retains 10 and offers up to 90 individual ownership slots to the public.
A slot purchase is paid directly to TeeMates. It does not buy inventory and is separate from customer merchandise purchases on the main store.
When merchandise sells, verified net earnings are calculated after the exact product cost, store-funded shipping, and payment processing. Active shares then participate in that amount.
Every new public slot dilutes all active shares and raises the next slot price by 2% of the base price. Sales and earnings are never guaranteed.
