Ownership program

Please read these Terms and Risk Disclosure carefully before purchasing an ownership slot. By purchasing a slot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Each eligible TeeMates design is divided into 100 ownership slots. TeeMates permanently retains 10 ownership slots and may offer up to 90 public ownership slots for purchase.
Purchasing an ownership slot is a payment made directly to TeeMates and is separate from the purchase of any merchandise. Ownership slots participate only in the revenue-sharing program described in these Terms.
Ownership slots do not guarantee merchandise sales, profits, investment returns, repayment of the purchase price, or future value.
You may receive no earnings.
Actual earnings depend on numerous factors, including customer demand, product pricing, production costs, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment processing fees, fulfillment expenses, discontinued products, and other business conditions.
Verified net earnings are distributed equally among all active ownership slots at the time a qualifying merchandise sale occurs.
Active ownership slots include:
Public ownership slots that have not been sold do not participate in earnings.
Each active ownership slot receives one equal allocation of verified net earnings.
Verified net earnings begin with completed merchandise revenue.
Before earnings are distributed, TeeMates deducts applicable expenses, including but not limited to:
The remaining verified net earnings are then distributed according to the Active Ownership Slot Formula.
The first public ownership slot is offered at the displayed base price.
After each public ownership slot is purchased, the price of the next available slot increases by 2% of the original base price.
As additional ownership slots are sold, the number of participating ownership slots increases. Because verified net earnings are divided equally among all active ownership slots, each individual ownership slot represents a smaller percentage of future distributions.

Cash-out requests may be submitted once your available balance reaches $25 USD.
Before processing payouts, TeeMates may require identity verification, payment account verification, tax documentation, fraud review, or other reasonable verification procedures.
TeeMates reserves the right to:
Attempts to manipulate merchandise orders, referrals, payments, ownership accounts, or any portion of the Ownership Program may result in suspension, cancellation of ownership privileges, forfeiture of improperly earned balances, or permanent removal from the program.
Ownership slots may not be sold, assigned, pledged, gifted, or otherwise transferred unless TeeMates establishes an official written transfer process.
TeeMates may retire individual designs, discontinue products, modify the Ownership Program, or end the program entirely, subject to applicable law.
Any valid earned balances accrued before such changes will remain payable after permitted adjustments.
Purchasing an ownership slot does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
All TeeMates trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, copyrights, patents, software, designs, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of TeeMates.
Ownership slots provide participation only in the revenue-sharing program described in these Terms.

Purchasing an ownership slot does not make you an owner, shareholder, partner, employee, or agent of TeeMates.
TeeMates may update these Terms from time to time.
The version posted on this website at the time of a qualifying merchandise sale will govern that sale unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Continued participation in the Ownership Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Ownership Program is offered subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing contained in these Terms constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.
Participants are responsible for determining any tax obligations that may arise from earnings received through the Ownership Program.
Additional terms, disclosures, or agreements presented during checkout or participation in the program form part of these Terms.
